The Allen-Bradley 1769-SDN is a DeviceNet Scanner Communication Module for the 1769 Compact I/O platform. It enables CompactLogix and MicroLogix 1500 controllers to communicate with DeviceNet field devices, acting as a DeviceNet Master (Scanner) and supporting Slave Mode for data exchange. It supports DeviceNet communication speeds up to 500 Kbps and can manage up to 63 slave devices on a DeviceNet network
